Certain types of businesses and transactions are not supported by Clear Junction. These are referred to as restricted activities, and they are listed on our Eligibility Criteria Statement page. Please review this carefully to ensure your business activities comply. If you engage in any restricted activity, we may suspend or terminate access to our Services.
When you use Clear Junction’s Payment Account or Payment Services, you may be served by different Clear Junction entities, depending on the service type or currency. The relevant entities and jurisdictions are detailed in our legal documentation.
Your Clear Junction account is for your use only.
You must keep all security credentials secure and ensure only authorised users within your business have access. Any use of our Services under your account will be treated as authorised by you.
We may suspend or restrict access to our Services if we believe your account or security credentials have been compromised, if you engage in a restricted activity, or if we suspect non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations. Any suspension will be at our sole discretion and may be immediate or on notice, whichever we deem appropriate.
If you wish to stop using our Payment Services or close your Payment Account, please contact your relationship manager or our Client Support team.
