STATEMENT ON SVB AND SIGNATURE BANK

Given the recent events regarding the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and the news about Signature Bank, we can confirm that Clear Junction has no commercial relationship with Silicon Valley Bank and no direct exposure. Clear Junction has a commercial relationship with Signature with limited exposure.

Regardless of the situation, funds held with Clear Junction are safe and all liabilities will be covered 100%. We have temporarily suspended trading of some US payments and US FX, which we hope to resume soon. The safety and security of our clients have always been – and always will be – our top priority.

We have robust risk plans in place to protect our clients and their funds from unforeseen circumstances now and in future.
