Service Details

Fees

Client shall pay Clear Junction the following fees (each a Fee and together the Fees), which can be negotiated before entering into an agreement with Clear Junction.

Fee Rates

Conversion Fees: 0.1% calculated over the volume of FIAT (EUR/USD) converted.

Transaction Fees: The equivalent of 10 in the FIAT used (EUR/USD).

Non-Conversion Fees: Agreed/applicable during client contract negotiations for positions a, b, c, d & e of the Fee type table.

High-risk category relates to transactions involving PEPs, sanctioned individuals/companies, or those with adverse media or inquiries. The compliance fee of 1% may be applied.

Reject – occurs when a transaction is not accepted for normal execution before settlement.

Recall – occurs when the originator requests to cancel an outbound transfer after settlement.

Refund – occurs when Client returns funds to the payer.

Return – occurs when an outbound transfer is diverted from normal execution after settlement and is sent back by the beneficiary to the originator.

Fee Conditions

1. Any Setup Fee will be due upon execution of the Agreement. For internal accounting purposes, the invoice for Setup Fees may be raised by another member of Clear Junction.
2. Integration and ongoing technical support are free of charge.
3. All Fees (excluding the Setup Fee) will start from the Service Start Date. Fees for partial months are calculated pro-rata. Volume-based Fees are based on the tier achieved in the previous month.
4. Monthly Account Maintenance and Custodian Fees shall be calculated based on the monthly average end-of-day balance. Reference to ECB Base Rate means the ECB Deposit Facility Base Rate.
5. Transaction Fees shall be collected at the time of the relevant Payment Transaction directly from the Client balance.
6. Only Transaction Fees shall determine if the Monthly Minimum Fee level has been met. Commissions are not considered part of Transaction Fees.
7. If Transaction Fees for the preceding month do not meet the Minimum Monthly Fee, the Client shall be charged the difference (a “Shortfall Fee”).
8. Any Shortfall Fee, Custodian Fee, and Monthly Account Maintenance Fee shall be collected from the Client (and/or CJ Custody EU Account if necessary) within 4 Business Days of the end of the relevant calendar month.

Methodology of price determination

We establish the following pricing rates for our crypto-assets:

1.00000000 or 1 EURC is equivalent to 1 Euro (€).

And

1.00000000 or 1 USDC is equivalent to 1 U.S. Dollar ($).

Given that both EURC and USDC are classified as MiCAR-compliant stablecoins, we currently maintain a 1:1 pricing ratio methodology for price determination between EMTs and the corresponding Fiat currency.

Conditions for considering an order as final

An order is considered to be deemed final if the client has accepted the quote in our online platform.

It is our intention to provide this information as soon as it’s available.
