Sales Manager
We have a new Sales Manager role based in Marbella, Spain. Working at Clear Junction gives you the opportunity to work within the fast moving and rapidly expanding FinTech industry. We only focus on delivering the best services to Financial markets.

We will trust you to:

  • Utilize your strong product knowledge, technical skills, and market knowledge to generate revenue
  • Demonstrate sales creativity in combining our offerings or looking to create new unique offerings which present strong ROI for the firm
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of what your customers do and how our products can fit your customers’ workflow
  • Contribute innovative ideas that anticipate and address client needs
  • Collaborate internally to implement and execute value-added solution
  • Participate actively in new projects that drive departmental and firm-wide initiatives and goals

You’ll need to have:

  • At least 3 years financial sales/banking experience selling, mainly B2B
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including: modest market research, lead generation, prospecting, business development, and closing sales
  • Proven skill to manage several complex sales engagements in parallel
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in negotiating commercial side of our business
  • The ability for travel

Sales Engineer
We’re seeking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our Sales team. Possible locations: London(UK), Marbella(Spain). Working at Clear Junction gives you the opportunity to work within the fast moving and rapidly expanding FinTech industry. We only focus on delivering the best services to Financial Services globally.

We will trust you to:

  • Develop and execute new client on-boarding projects;
  • Communicate with the prospective client to understand its way of doing business;
  • In collaboration with our Risk team establish the client’s regulatory status;
  • Translate and map the client’s pain points against our technology platform and develop the client’s solution;
  • Answer on client’s questions regarding the solution, services and procedures, technology, tariff plan;
  • Coordinating technical integration with our Technology team, liaising with the client on requirements and expectations;
  • Troubleshoot problems;
  • Establish and stick to schedules and timelines;
  • Documenting every step of the project.

You’ll need to have:

  • +3 yrs experience in Fintech / Payments/Transactional Banking;
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Able to multitask and adhere to short deadlines;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Organized, methodical, and motivated;
  • Flow thinking;
  • Fluent in English.

We’d love to see:

  • Experience working as a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Sales Support/Sales.
  • Fluent in other European/Non-European languages (the more the better)
